TB-FMCL-MIPI子卡配备了兼容ANSI/VITA 57.1规格的FPGA Mezzanine Card (FMC)的Low-Pin-Count (LPC) connector,FMC的I/O端子可支持两个独立的4-lane MIPI端子连接到一对40-pin的插座。
每一边设计采用的PHY模块都兼容MIPI D-PHY Specification 1.00.00,(September 2009)标准数据能达到1 Gbit/s per lane.
TB-FMCL-MIPI子卡目前通过FMC不支持高速串行DPx data links和GBTCLKs,所以目前的Xilinx FPGA的HR和HP的可选IO的传输数据的速度受限。
TB-FMCL-MIPI子卡就像是一个CSI-DSI的组合板卡,可以在一个FMC的LPC模块上支持4-lane MIPI input和4-lane MIPI output。
注:此板卡可接受定制。电路板上默认支持CSI/DSI,CSI x2或者DSI x2接受定制。
